The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois Members First® Discount Program Helps to Save Money on Prescription Drugs As Well As Dental, Vision, Hearing, and Chiropractic Care Services!

The Pharmacy Program saves up to 30% on many brand-name and generic prescription drugs at participating pharmacies statewide, including Kmart, Target, Osco Drug, and Dominic's, plus hundreds of local pharmacies! A Members First® card is accepted for savings at nearly 40,000 locations nationwide. Additionally, there are savings on prescription medications delivered right to your door through our mail-order service.

The Dental Program saves up to 50% on routine and preventive dental services when you go to one of many participating providers throughout the United States.

The Vision Program guarantees savings up to 50% on eyeglasses and contact lenses at participating eyecare centers nationwide, including LensCrafters, Sears, and Pearle Vision. Non-prescription sunglasses are available at savings of up to 25% through mail order.

The Hearing Program provides savings on hearing aids and a variety of other products and services at participating centers staffed by licensed professional audiologists. There is an offering of a discount of at least 20% on conventional hearing aids (10% on programmable/digital hearing aids).
