General Job Description

UIS is recruiting motivated, hard-working customer service agents that are interested in building a sales career with unlimited earning potential. We are currently expanding our team due to the increasing product demand and the growing senior market. A UIS inside sales agent uses innovative methods including prospecting and cold calling. UIS equips its inside sales agents with powerful, computer-based programs; reliable in-house administrative support; and effective training programs.

Candidate Characteristics

Candidates will have a strong personality, be goal oriented, and hard working. Spanish speaking and insurance license are a plus but not required. Experience in computer and customer service are required but training will be offered.
