Sales Manager

General Job Description

UIS is seeking a Sales Manager to take advantage of our unlimited opportunities. Managers are responsible for the supervision of three to ten sales representatives in a local area. The main focus is the sale and service of insurance and financial products to the fastest-growing population segment in the country, the senior citizen marketplace. Our primary products are Long-Term Care Insurance, Medicare Supplement Insurance, Life Insurance, and Annuities. UIS is an appointment-driven organization, providing our associates with qualified, set appointments (NO LEADS, NO COLD CALLING!!).

Candidate Characteristics

We are interested in hiring individuals with a high level of drive and motivation combined with desire to excel professionally, to earn an above-average income in the insurance and financial services industry.
