General Job Description
Work in a fast paced, upbeat, competitive, professional environment! Call Center Representatives generate sales appointments for outside agents to assist prospective clients in their health and life insurance needs. We utilize cutting edge, state of the art automated systems to give us that competitive edge. Training and development is provided on an on-going basis to increase product knowledge and skill level. Training includes one-on-one monitoring with a skills evaluation test.
Candidate Characteristics
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal & Organizational Skills
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
- Positive attitude is a must!
