General Job Description
The administrative staff positions are located in the home office in Palos Heights, Illinois, and include receptionist, client services, data entry and clerical. These positions include but are not limited to the following duties processing new business applications, entering data via computer, communicating with agent representatives, clients and prospective clients, and processing mail. Other duties are communication with insurance carriers via phone and email to resolve customer and carrier issues.
Candidate Characteristics
Every position requires the following characteristics; good telephone and customer service abilities, effective communication skills, computer experience, basic file processing, literacy skills and above average problem solving ability.
